This bread I have read about in blog upon blog and I've always wanted to take a stab at it because it looks so EASY. I was easy and I hate the idea of endless kneading AND my breadmaker sucks ass, OR I suck ass at using it. Either way I was sold on the no-knead artisinal bread. Really? It was a cool experiment that I will have to perfect because It was pretty and the flavor was decent but airy and fluffy and light it was not. Slightly less doorstop-ish than the breadmaker fails but I'm willing to try. Stay tuned.
