|Stuff with feta, sauteed scallions and whatever else u have around|
|Cheddar and broil. Voila|
This recipes was so easy and good. I actually kinda made it up although I do look online for tips on steps and how to put it all together. I add and subtract stuff as it suits me and all of a sudden, a recipe is born. I literally had these peppers coming out of my ears and had to hit the books for guidance. I have to say they turned out pretty delish. Too bad hubs doesn't care for stuffed peppers. More for me.
