So here's a short list with some very quality staples in it, all gluten free! The skinny crisps are just plain GOOD.  I find it extremely challenging to find a GF product that actually tastes GREAT and not just good for being gluten free.  These were yummy, substantial, low in calories and carbs just as an added bonus and just onion-y and super flavorful.  I can't wait to try every Flave.  I've written about the Laura's mini cookies before and these are a flavor I'll definitely be buying again.  The TJ's reduced fat chips are almost always in the house.  You cannot tell at all that they are RF.  They are crunchy and not too salty and go well dunked in a tub of carmelized onion dip.

Father's Day

BBQ Ribs, Chicken and Party Potatoes.  Could a man ask for more?

Beiber Fever cookie

Poor Dad.  He woke up all refreshed from 24 hour stint in Vegas with the boys only to find his flight cancelled and so pretty much, his whole Sunday.  Father's Day.  He spent the next 6 hours in a mini van driving 7 guys home to their annoyed wives and families.  At least he had this winner winner chicken dinner waiting for him.  I called him and asked "Do you want ribs or chicken for dinner?" his response; "Yup".  The party potatoes are old recipe my Aunt always makes for every family gathering and its a gut-bombing good time.  This recipe is similar.

Top it all off with a humorous cookie and daddy's a happy man.
