Poor Dad. He woke up all refreshed from 24 hour stint in Vegas with the boys only to find his flight cancelled and so pretty much, his whole Sunday. Father's Day. He spent the next 6 hours in a mini van driving 7 guys home to their annoyed wives and families. At least he had this winner winner chicken dinner waiting for him. I called him and asked "Do you want ribs or chicken for dinner?" his response; "Yup". The party potatoes are old recipe my Aunt always makes for every family gathering and its a gut-bombing good time.
This recipe is similar.
Top it all off with a humorous cookie and daddy's a happy man.
