Glen preparing the Christmas Capon

This year we adopted a family and were adopted by 2 families.  We dropped presentd off to a family in Lomita on Christmas eve.  It was quite an experience.  We had a lovely dinner at the Sheehans and the off to the Prossers for a glass of cheer.  The next day was more merrymaking with capon, a sirloin roast, greens, caviar, clams and decadent desserts.  I made a chocolate chestnut souffle cake that could have stood 5 less minutes in the oven and panna cotta that could've used a little more gelatin but all was delish nonetheless.  What now?  I am am still watching recorded xmas shows.  Holding on to something...
