Summertime BBQ

 

Everyone loves a summer BBQ.  The weather is finally getting warmer (in SoCal) and the BBQ smells will be in the air soon! We tried Mr Cecil's the other night for a casual weeknight dinner.  We liked it.  I got a Vegetable kabob with corn on the cob and a this big salad thats just macerated tomatoes, onions and cukes in this delicious vinaigrette.  The man got baby back pork ribs, tri-tip and hush puppies!  Mmmm...hush puppies...

Some of my beautiful veggies ready for the grill at home.  This is my all time favorite go-to BBQ dinner recipe from Giada DeLaurentis.  I make it several times per summer.
